  • For referrals:

    • Please fax relevant correspondence to (03) 9100 2805, or via Healthlink (EPI: skylight)

    • Alternatively, you can email us admin@skylightpsychology.com.au with a password-protected file.

  • It’s no problem if you don’t have a referral from your GP. This just means that you won’t be able to receive a Medicare rebate, so will pay the full fee (e.g., $250 for a standard session).

    If you have Medicare, you may be eligible to receive rebates under the Better Access scheme (if based in Australia), which allows up to 10x Medicare-subsidised sessions per calendar year. For more information, chat to your current GP or review Medicare guidelines.

  • Just yourself! If you have a referral, please upload this along with your intake forms. Alternatively, you can bring it along.

    Please complete the intake forms at least 24-hours prior to your appointment.
