    2. We will then be in touch via email to organise a quick intake call, after receiving your request.

    Please note, we are not a crisis service and currently have few spaces available for new clients.

    We will aim to respond to you within 1-2 business days, however please contact us again if you have not received an email within 5 business days.

  • For referrals, please fax relevant correspondence to (03) 9100 2805.

  • It’s no problem if you don’t have a referral from your GP.

    This just means that you won’t be able to receive a Medicare rebate, so will pay the full fee (e.g., $250 for a standard session).

    If you have Medicare, you may be eligible to receive rebates under the Better Access scheme (if based in Australia), which allows up to 10x Medicare-subsidised sessions per calendar year. For more information, chat to your current GP or review Medicare guidelines.

    If you have a referral, please upload this along with your intake forms. Alternatively, you can bring it along.

    Please complete the intake forms at least 24-hours prior to your appointment.
