    Please note - Lucy has limited spots for new clients until mid-September 2025. You are welcome to enquire, however please be mindful of whether this is appropriate for your needs and current situation.

  • It’s no problem if you don’t have a referral from your GP.

    This just means that you won’t be able to receive a Medicare rebate, so will pay the full fee (e.g., $250 for a standard session).

    If you have Medicare, you may be eligible to receive rebates under the Better Access scheme (if based in Australia), which allows up to 10x Medicare-subsidised sessions per calendar year. For more information, chat to your current GP or review Medicare guidelines.

  • Just yourself! (and a copy of your referral, if you have one and haven’t yet provided it).

    Please do ensure that you have completed the intake forms we have emailed through, at least 24-hours prior to your appointment. If you have an electronic copy of your referral, please upload this onto your intake form.
